Welcome!
My name is Angela. I help adults who feel like OCD and Anxiety have taken over their lives and made their world so much smaller. I help people find inner peace, learn to trust themselves and sit with uncertainty rather than responding to each and every thought/emotion as fact. I help people feel more grounded, and safer in their own body.
This work is very personal to me. I have a deep understanding and insight into how OCD and Anxiety can be totally consuming, and just how much it can impact every area of your life. I have so much compassion for how it can feel like you will never escape the throws of OCD and anxiety and never be able to feel any kind of peace. This lived experience helps me to not only understand from a “clinical” perspective, but from a personal level, as well.
I believe that you can learn to live life differently and not be captive to your thoughts. I feel strongly that healing can happen at your own pace, where you feel safe and supported each and every step of the way! I believe you can learn to feel more comfortable in your own body and help you to live life on your own terms and be more present.

OCD Therapy
Therapy aimed at providing psychoeducation around what OCD is and how it shows up in your life and impacts overall functioning. We will explore how grief and loss may be showing up because of the ways in which OCD has impacted your social, professional, and personal life.

Anxiety Therapy
Therapy aimed at reducing severity and frequency of overall symptoms of anxiety. We will explore all the ways in which anxiety shows up across various areas of your life. You will learn to feel more comfortable in your own body.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)Therapy
Therapy aimed at intentionally, and gradually exposing oneself to fears/intrusive thoughts and learning to tolerate the doubt, and anxiety without having to seek reassurance and engage in compulsive behavior. We go at your own pace and ensure that you feel safe and supported along each and every step.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Mindfulness
Therapy aimed at learning to meet thoughts and emotions with compassion and curiosity rather than engaging in harsh judgment of oneself. You will learn to implement both formal and informal practices od Mindfulness meditation. You will also learn to live more in line with your values and not accept every thought as fact and feel more present in your body.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Initial Evaluation session is our very first session which is 1 hour and 15 minutes at $325.
Weekly sessions thereafter are 60 minutes at $250.

Angela DiManno, LCSW, PLLC is not in network with any insurance providers at this time. My practice is considered to be an out of network provider. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your own insurance company for any out of network benefit coverage and reimbursement. Please contact your individual insurance plan to ask about your out of outwork benefits and the process for submitting for reimbursement.

Therapy is once weekly. Bi-weekly therapy is only once an individual has completed 6 months of weekly therapy and is considered on an individual basis.

Yes! I offer virtual sessions from the comfort of your own space.
I do not offer in-person sessions at this time.

We will then schedule a complimentary phone consultation which takes approximatly 15-20 minutes.
We will then assess whether or not my practice is the right fit for your individual needs and if we then decide to work together, we will then schedule your initial evaluation session which is an integrative intake session where we explore your history and how OCD/Anxiety are affecting your overall functioning, your relationships, and your overall physical and mental wellbeing.
